WE'RE OPEN: We're open and dispatching orders.
AVAILABILITY: If you can add an item to your basket then it's in stock. We've had to temporarily cut our range due to temporary supplier closures. Please excuse the large number of out of stocks. We're adding new stock daily to try and improve this situation.
DELIVERY TIMES: Royal Mail & our other delivery partners are open and operating relatively normally (they've obviously had to change how they do things behind the scenes). Only a few minor delays so please allow a few extra days.
WHAT HAPPENS AT YOUR DOOR: Royal Mail & our other delivery partners are now contact free to protect you & their employees so they will keep a safe distance from you at the door (please do the same), they may ask for your name, or simply just leave your parcel in a safe place before knocking or leaving a delivery card. If a signature is required it will be signed by driver, no device screens are being shared, and courier may take a photo of where parcel was left as proof of delivery.
HYGIENIC STOCK HANDLING: Nothing you buy will be touched by bare skin (gloves are being used); staff temperatures are being checked; any sick staff know they will be paid and won't be allowed to work; all stock deliveries are being left in quarantine for 3 days which is longer than COVID-19 can survive on any surface or packaging.
REPLIES TO EMAILS: Our customer service teams may be reduced at times so please excuse longer reply times and be polite to our team members.
